Day-by-Day Itinerary
Arrival in Nairobi
Our representative will pick you up from the Airport upon arrival — airport pickup and drop-off on the last day is covered in the tour package. Transfer to your Nairobi hotel for a relaxed evening and full briefing on the days ahead.
Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve
Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive through the Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara, stopping at the escarpment viewpoint for photos. Arrive in time for lunch, then head out for an introductory afternoon game drive across the plains in search of the Big Five.
Full-Day Masai Mara Game Drive
Spend a full day exploring the Masai Mara with a picnic lunch, tracking lions, elephants, cheetahs, and — seasonally — the Great Wildebeest Migration at the Mara River. Return to camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
Masai Mara to Nairobi
After an early morning game drive, enjoy breakfast at camp before beginning the scenic drive back to Nairobi through the Rift Valley, arriving in the afternoon.
Nairobi to Diani Beach
Transfer to the coast for the start of your beachfront retreat. Check in to your luxury beach resort in Diani in time to relax on the white sands of the Indian Ocean coastline in the evening.
Diani Beach - Leisure Day
A full free day at your beachfront resort. Relax by the pool or the ocean, or opt in to water sports such as snorkeling, kayaking, or a dhow cruise along the coast.
Diani Beach - Leisure Day
Another day at leisure on the beach, with the option of a guided excursion to a nearby marine park or coastal village for a taste of Swahili coastal culture.
Departure
Enjoy a final relaxed breakfast at the resort before transfer to the airport for your departure flight, marking the end of your Wild Horizons safari and beach retreat.
